Block Patterns are pre-designed collections of blocks that you can insert into your page or post with a single click. They’re designed to save time, maintain consistency with the UCLA brand, and give you a strong starting point for layouts.
Think of Block Patterns as templates. Once inserted, they become regular blocks that you can customize freely.
Using Block Patterns
- In the block editor, click the “+” inserter.
- Switch to the Patterns tab.
- Browse any of the categories or search for a pattern.
- Click to insert the pattern into your page or post.
- Customize the text, images, and settings to fit your needs.
