Add the Two Column Text Media from the Patterns > Sections library.
A preview of the Two Column Text Media will show up in the editor.
Changing image alignment
The Two Column Text Media is a pre-configured Text Media block. Simply change the alignment in the tool bar like you would with a Text Media block.
Note: The image will always stack on top of the text when browser size shrinks down to mobile.
