Typography

In WordPress, typographic elements can be found in blocks. The Paragraph, Lists, and Header blocks shown below are custom to this theme. Other typographic elements are WordPress defaults. Use columns to limit the line length. Note that these elements are not just for styling, but communicate the structural hierarchy of the page to those with disabilities using accessibility tools or to search engines. For best practices in using text, see Style Guide > Typography on the UCLA Design System website.

Body Copy

The default styling of “paragraph” blocks along with inline links are custom to the theme.

Headings

The “heading” blocks below are custom to the theme.

H1 Extra Large

Lists

The “list” blocks below are custom to the theme.

Horizontal Rule

“Seperator” is custom, choose “Wide Line” under block styles on the right sidebar for full width.
