A card often represents a discrete piece of content among a series of a common content types. It can stand alone or link to more information on the topic if features. When it links to more information it can be connected to WordPress posts or custom post types. The types of card components available are shown below.
Basic Card
A card based around an image on top with title and text on the bottom.
Info Card
A more graphic card without an image.
Story Card
Similar to a basic card with room for byline and date and advanced link options.
Secondary Story Card
A story card with a horizontal orientation.
Featured Story Card
A story card with a horizontal orientation and larger image, best when used full width.
Event Card
A card that displays the date prominently along with place and time.
Person Card
A card formatted to display a portrait-type image, name, title, and contact information.
